I'm not talking about 10 or 20 people here and there, but hundreds of thousands of people across the Nation. Give the trial lawyers something really useful to do, form a class action suit against the Government (violation of our 10th Amendment rights would do for a start). Tort reform hasn't worked, just as the 18th amendment , the "war on drugs", and the Gun Control Act of 1968 hasn't kept guns out of felons possession. If people want or do not want a thing, the Government has historically been powerless to stop them. When large numbers of people ignore a Government mandate, the requirement of such laws are useless and unenforceable. I am on a fixed income, but I would be willing to drop a "C" note on a class action suite against this illegal Government action.
